Advantek provides Internet services to its customers. Advantek does not and cannot control the content, accuracy of information available through Internet from its system. This disclaimer set the rules which apply to our services and use of our system. By using Advantek's services and system, a subscriber agrees to comply with and to be legally bound by the disclaimer. If Advantek's services, system or price is or becomes unacceptable to a subscriber, the subscriber only right shall be to terminate its account. 

Advantek's services and systems may only be used for lawful purposes. While Advantek is not responsible for the contents of hosted Web Sites. Contents on all hosted Web Sites must comply with all laws and must not infringe the rights of any third party. 

Either subscriber or Advantek may terminate the subscriber's account at any time with or without reason. Termination or suspension does not release liability for charges due. Advantek may delete all data, files or other information that is stored in subscriber's account upon termination. All products and services provided by Advantek are subject to change without notice. Reasonable efforts are taken to insure the accuracy and integrity of all offers, however Advantek is not responsible for misprints, out-of-date information, errors or faulty claims.

Advantek makes no warranty of any kind with respect to freeware or shareware available to subscribers through its system. Advantek is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of those software. 

Advantek treats E-Mail message as private. However, users should be aware that electronic messages my be intercepted outside of Advantek's system. Although Advantek has implemented certain security measures, Advantek cannot guaranty that its system or stored data of a subscriber will be free from unauthorized intrusion or otherwise guaranty the privacy of information of any user.
 
 

Payment terms

A subscriber must pay fees per Advantek's rate schedule in effect to obtaining access to Advantek's services and system. A subscriber also must pay any sales, use or like taxes. If the payment method is by credit or debit card and payments is not received by Advantek from the card issuer, the subscriber agrees to pay all amounts due upon demand by Advantek. Rate changes will be effective when published on-line or otherwise provided to the subscribers. Payment terms are net 10 days. Payments not made within 30 days of billing date are considered delinquent. Delinquent accounts are subject to immediate suspension and/or termination without notice. Monthly charges will not be pro-rated.
