MOCI USA Inc., an international trading company registered in New Jersey, is a subsidiary branch of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of China. Its major objectives include:

Expanding the export of Chinese chemicals and chemical products to the American and world markets;

As a government agent of China's Ministry of Chemical Industry, MOCI USA is able to secure a wide variety of intermediates, dyestuffs, pigments, pharmaceutical chemicals, rubber chemicals, both natural perfumery and essences, and some other chemicals from Chinese manufacturers for export to the United States and worldwide markets.

Representing both the central government and the local chemical enterprises in China, MOCI USA has a strong capacity in importing equipment, production lines, and advanced technologies from the American chemical industries to China.
